1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms govern your use of Nutri Guardian services operated by MB Soft Lab. By accessing or using the app or website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and will comply with them.

2. Service purpose and medical disclaimer

Nutri Guardian provides educational nutrition insights to support informed food choices. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or individualized clinical advice.

You are solely responsible for health decisions and should consult qualified professionals where needed.

3. Eligibility and account responsibilities

• You must meet applicable age requirements and have legal capacity to enter binding agreements.
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your credentials.
• You must provide accurate information and update it when it changes.

4. Free and premium plans

• Free plan users may be subject to daily scan limits and selected feature restrictions.
• Premium plans may include recurring billing, expanded limits, and additional features.
• Subscription terms, billing cycles, renewal rules, and cancellation rights may also be governed by your app store provider terms.
• Fees, taxes, and pricing may change in accordance with applicable law and prior notice requirements.

5. User content and community contributions

You may submit product labels, corrections, validations, and issue reports. You retain rights to your content where applicable, but grant MB Soft Lab a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, adapt, display, and use such content to operate and improve Nutri Guardian.

You represent that you have rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Submitting false, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful content.
• Attempting to bypass subscription limits, rate limits, or security controls.
• Reverse engineering, scraping at abusive scale, or interfering with service availability.
• Using the platform to violate intellectual property, privacy, or consumer protection laws.

7. AI-assisted features and data quality

Some outputs are generated or enriched with AI and may contain inaccuracies. AI-supported analysis is supplemented by deterministic rules, moderation, and user feedback mechanisms, but cannot guarantee absolute completeness.

8. Intellectual property

The Nutri Guardian service, software, design, trademarks, and non-user content are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of MB Soft Lab or its licensors.

Except as expressly permitted, no license is granted to copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from protected materials.

9. Service availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when required for maintenance, legal compliance, security, or product evolution. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where there is material breach of these Terms, abuse of the service, legal risk, or security threat. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion subject to legal retention obligations.

11. Warranties disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB Soft Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of Nutri Guardian.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of amounts paid by you in the preceding twelve months or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MB Soft Lab and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses resulting from your misuse of the service, unlawful conduct, or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law indicated in mandatory consumer provisions and, where permitted, by the law of MB Soft Lab principal place of business. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation via support channels.

15. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. Material updates will be communicated with reasonable notice before taking effect unless immediate changes are required by law or security needs.
